Once the order was completed, it will be shipped via Air 21 for local and FedEx for international destinations. Transit time may vary according to the shipping address. We offer free delivery nationwide (within the Philippines).

What is the purchasing process of MyPhotos?

Purchasing any of our products can be done in 3 easy steps:
Step1: Once you have selected and finalized your order, you will be asked to fill out an order form. All the information needed to fulfill your order is found in that page.

MyPhotoBook hold a minimum of 20 pages (10 sheets back to back print) including front and back covers. Additional page will entail extra cost.

How many photos can I submit for a standard MyPhotoBook?

To maximize your order, we recommend that you submit at least 40 to 80 pictures.

What kind of paper and printer do you use in order to produce MyPhotoBook?

We use high-quality, coated stock, acid-free paper that is 200-gsm thick. The pictures are printed on production class laser printer for best quality result.

Who determines the design and layout of MyPhotoBook?

The lay out and design of your MyPhotoBook is in the hands of our professional team. All you need to do is save your photos in the way you want it to appear in your MyPhotoBook making it easier for us to lay it out. However, based on the product’s disclaimer, we reserve the right to creatively carry out the order depending on our graphic artist’s design abilities and expertise. The outcome is based on the graphic artist’s own interpretation and discretion.

What are the complaints that you consider valid?

a. Poor binding - pages are falling off.
b. Poor print quality - page misprint.
c. Wrong image cropping - photo is cut incorrectly.
d. Typographical error (unless text is supplied by the customer as indicated in the job order form).
e. Print stains - major color correction printed on a certain portion of the page.

Are there requirements for the photos?

Yes. The image has to be clear and it should be in 300 dpi resolution. The image should also be saved in “.JPG” or “.TIF” format.

Will I be able to proof my order?

Proofing is optional. It depends if you want to make any changes to the design before the actual printing process begins. One-time proofing is available for an additional fee of P300. We will no longer entertain modifications after the final design has been submitted for printing.

Do you have a return policy procedure?

You will be given 3 days from the day you received the product to file your complaints regarding your order. You need to send an email stating your complaints and we will evaluate the concern based on your letter. If the complaint is deemed valid and requires immediate action, you need to send back the product. The revision process is free of charge. How can I compute for the price?

To compute the price of a product, add the price of the chosen style and the price of the chosen size. For example, a Photomontage design cost P500, and for it to be printed in a 5” x 7” size media which cost P300, would have a total cost of P800 (VAT inclusive). For every additional Print, you just need to pay the price of the size chosen.

What is it made of?

MyFigurines are hand-made products and it is made out of polyester plastic.

Will MyFigurine really look like me?

Based on the disclaimer, since these are hand-made products, the resemblance is most likely around 60% to 70%. MyFigurine is not a clone and it does not have a purpose of making an exact replica of person in the picture. Its idea is to create a little statuette with a degree of similarity out of the photos submitted.

Are there requirements for the photos?

The image has to be clear and it should be in 300 dpi resolution. The image should also be saved in “.JPG” or “.TIF” format. The shot should be a four-sided close-up of the subject.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Upon receiving the job order, the estimated production and delivery time would be within twenty one (21) working days, excluding public holidays. Working days include Monday through Friday.

We do not offer proofing for MyFigurine.
